MPS People Security Risk Management Pty Ltd (MPS People Security) Company Directors Tracey Mitchell and Karen Bradley have been trailblazers in the Security industry since the inception of their overarching company Mitchell Personnel Solutions (MPS) in 2006. Their track record of delivering security services in line with political and legislative needs is strong. 
 
MPS People Security understands how to work with stakeholders from all levels of Government to develop comprehensive security processes that not only meet regulatory requirements but also the specific requirements of each entity. Since 2006, we have worked with over 20 different Government Departments and Agencies, each with their own specific requirements and operating environments. 
 
Prior to centralisation of security vetting within AGSVA in 2010, MPS worked closely with these organisations to develop regulatory compliant processes that also met the specific requirements of each entity. This experience enabled them to work closely with AGSVA’s vetting team to develop Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) compliant processes which they have continually improved in collaboration with AGSVA. 
 
MPS People Security specialises in providing security risk management and security training services. It is overseen by Director Karen Bradley, who is based in our head office in Canberra.
